I will look into it more now. Interestingly enough, I just saw a post on on sijoint board this morning, where someone mentioned that Somatics was working for them after 10 prolotherapy injections that didn't solve their problems.Jim Hansenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10350710709762823429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5577216999808543384.post-76778464574233444382015-09-30T08:40:41.111-04:002015-09-30T08:40:41.111-04:00I know you've tried somatics in the past but s...I know you've tried somatics in the past but something that you may want to check out that is giving me ever increasing relief is Lawrence Gold;s website. He offers very specific programs to permanently fix many of the issues that you are having. The best part is that he offers a 100% money back guarantee on everything that he does. The order with which you should do the self relief, considering your issues and what brief history I've gained is his SI Program, followed by Psoas, and finally his back program. The SI program is currently free as he is ironing out the kinks. You do have to have bought both the back and psoas programs for a few of the movements, but again, full refund if it doesn't work. You may want to do a skype session with him first in case he has some other directions for you. I sent a whole week out in Santa Fe with him earlier this summer working on a lot of my issues and it helped tremendously and it only gets better from there as long as you are diligent with the movements. Here's the link to his site http://www.somatics.com/about.htm <br />Hope it helps. But again the main thing to remember is that you have to stick with it as it is a process for retraining all of your bad movement patterns. This is especially true for the SI program as I am still not done with it. You just have to remain diligent and push through and eventually you can get to a point where you will be running better than you ever were before.
