They were too harsh on the bottom of my feet. I had orthotics made for me before hip surgery by a top notch podiatrist, but I didn't like them so I don't use them. I find that certain foot mobilizations help my feet the most. I just wish I knew how to do them.Jim Hansenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10350710709762823429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5577216999808543384.post-34948389681953995822013-06-13T20:50:37.558-04:002013-06-13T20:50:37.558-04:00That is interesting Joe. Do you think the back problems are complicated by a more stable hip?Jim Hansenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10350710709762823429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5577216999808543384.post-22996726034943487572013-06-13T20:48:18.192-04:002013-06-13T20:48:18.192-04:00Thanks for those posts, Heather. I'm still experimenting as well and have found a good pedorthist in the area that is going to make some real whiz-bang orthotics.jdawghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16108610306085441353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5577216999808543384.post-55440416190894125132013-06-13T17:07:50.997-04:002013-06-13T17:07:50.997-04:00Jim,

My back went, but my hip has felt quite good since we got it to settle back into place. Worked on manual mobilizations (I did a lot with the yoga strap) and firing the glutes. Helped me a lot, hopefully that is part of your road to recovery.

Joe DJoe Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15883077691899143900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5577216999808543384.post-83718623222790458352013-06-13T09:24:36.165-04:002013-06-13T09:24:36.165-04:00So happy that my post could be of some help.
