Afte...Thank you for letting me know it was helpful. After 25 years of psoas pain, I have felt great since the beginning of the year. I am not sure exactly what did it but it was a bit of resistance stretching, but it started about with this post http://recoveryourstride.blogspot.com/2008/12/downhills-and-uphills.htmlJim Hansenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10350710709762823429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5577216999808543384.post-80041106835147707922009-03-23T15:14:00.000-04:002009-03-23T15:14:00.000-04:00AWESOME!! I tried the stretch and it really works....AWESOME!! I tried the stretch and it really works. Hurt my right hip one day out on the bike...training for a tir...and it's been bugging me for two years now. I went to PT and joined a gym to build the muscles in the hip. The stretching after a workout or run is the way to go for me and with the one with the leg up the wall really worked. My quad's were getting tight too and stretching thoses helps too. My ab's tend to hurt and the PT'ist said it's all connected and she would do a deep massage in that area - ahhh it would hurt but i'd feel so much better the next day.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
